John Bertetto’s Counter-Gang Strategy is more than a single paper, it is a growing series of papers. Collectively they describe a true strategy, including guiding principles, adaptive campaigning and agility, organizational analysis, intelligence collection and analysis, and individual strategic elements.The goal is to outline a comprehensive strategy, enabling any law enforcement agency to put the Counter-Gang Strategy to work in a holistic, results-producing manner.
